PROSPEKTIKER participates in the 18th Annual Meeting of the EN RLMM (“European Network of Regional Labour Market Monitoring”)

The 18th annual meeting of the European Network on Regional Labour Market Monitoring (EN RLMM) was held in Potsdam on 27-28-29 September. This year’s topic was “Pathways of Greening Labour Markets. Opportunities and Challenges for Regional and Local La-bour Market Observation in Europe and beyond”. Green transformation affects labour markets significantly and changes the demand for (new) skills, jobs, and products. This Annual Meeting by the European Network on Regional Labour Market Monitoring has provided evidence and lessons on the greening of the regional and local labour markets in (regional) case studies as well as discusses concepts and tools for analysing and measuring this process. Also, the speakers gave insights in relevance and challenges which greening poses for companies and the role which green skills and digitisation play in this process.
